SHIPPING
• The painting will be sent in a protective and rigid envelope to avoid any damage during transport.
To get lower shipping costs the ‘Standard’ shipping will be without tracking, but during the purchase phase it is possible to select the tracked shipment (shipping times are slightly longer).
• Shipping time depends on the country of destination:
Europe – 5 to 9 working days
USA – one to two weeks
Rest of World – up to three weeks
Keep in mind that shipping times may lengthen during busy periods.
• I carefully prepare and pack each original painting, this step can take up to a maximum of one week.
Please note that the colours of the artwork may vary slightly from the colours of your screen.
The painting is placed in a protective plastic sleeve and shipped with board supports.

-REFUND AND RETURNS
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the shipping date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
